Dr. Mayank Choubey is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering with expertise in advanced manufacturing, hybrid machining, structural mechanics, and computational modeling. He earned his Ph.D. from NIT Rourkela, India, where he developed novel models for vibration-assisted micro-EDM of aerospace materials, and holds an M.Tech. in Stress & Vibration Analysis from MANIT Bhopal. His research spans ultrasonic/vibration-assisted EDM, laminated composites, structural vibration analysis, and process optimization. Author of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling, he has reviewed for Elsevier and Springer journals and delivered expert lectures. He has received MHRD and DRDO fellowships, with recent DST-SERB funding for sustainable micro-EDM innovations.
